The web application referred to in this assignment is meant for the BIPT to present itself as a modern government body.

The Institute is tasked, among other things, with the organisation of examinations in order to obtain operator certificates, both for shipping (professional and pleasure cruising) and for radio amateurs.

The organisation of examinations requires the candidates to be able to register preferably online.

Registration is accompanied by a payment.

The assignment includes the creation of an examinations website, a registration counter, online payments and a link to the BIPT customer data base.
